If, for any reason of extreme health or the death of an immediate family member
(parents, children, or grandparents), you must cancel your trip, you must provide the
relevant proof to initiate the investigation process. If approved by the providers (airlines,
hotels, among others), you will be granted a travel credit (non-refundable), valid for one
year from the cancellation date.
For any other reason for cancellation reported on the dates mentioned below, you will
receive a travel credit (non-refundable), valid for one year from the cancellation date,
minus your initial deposit.
